Like our other jerky, the Cajun extra spicy flavour is marinated for 24 hours before being lovingly dehydrated and packaged for your pleasure.
 
We do not use oils in our beef jerky, it’s just 100% British beef and tantalising flavour.
 
For convenience, we have 25g, 50g, 70g and 100g packets to satisfy every jerky mood.
 
All of our packets come with an oxygen absorber to maintain the freshness of our beef jerky, these are not to be eaten.
