About Us

Hi, we are Chris and Ari, the creators of JerkyJunction. 

We decided to start our company because we LOVE beef jerky! We have made our own beef jerky for a few years now and have become quite good at it, but don't take our word for it, try some out yourself!

We are based in the North East of England and have a passion for making sure our products are as environmentally friendly and sustainable as possible. That is why we buy our beef from our local butcher which is a short walk from our production site. ​Our products are currently created in our family kitchen, and we pride ourselves on delivering quality jerky from our family to yours. We have a vision to supply locally sourced and produced beef jerky to other companies and individuals who are as passionate about this high protein snack as we are! We have perfected our standard suite of flavours and are busy developing new and exciting flavours such as PB + J.
